Cannot Compile Map!!!! PLZ HELP!

I've tried asking people on CustomCod.com but no one has sent a decent reply there yet, so I figured I might as well ask you on here as well.
I'm having errors when I try to compile my map. It only appears to be creating the fastfiles for the map, and when I try to run it in the game it switches to Airfield. Here are the errors:

Copying C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\mods\mp_usermaps\mp_usermaps.iwd
to C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Activision\CodWaW\mods\mp_usermaps\mp_usermaps.iwd
ERROR: Access to the path 'C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Activision\CodWaW\mods\mp_usermaps\mp_usermaps.iwd' is denied.
Copying C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\mods\usermaps\images.iwd

I think it might be because of something to do with security on Vista. However I've already tried doing it as a mod specific map (mp_usermaps) and running the program as administrator, and disabling User Account Control as well. Please help!!!

Wierd! erm sounds rediculous, but check ur firewall lol! Also add dawnowar to xfire if you have it.

I get this same error constantly but the map will still compile and launch, I had a map that was not compiling and I thought it was because of this error but it turned out to be tungsten_light not being found, as soon as I fixed that the map compiled and launched even with these errors.

Yea everyone gets those errors its something with the mod tools there's something else causing the compile error

Thanks - I'm gonna go check my firewall now, and see if it makes any difference.
EDIT: Just checked firewall settings and have ensured that Launcher is let through, but I'm still getting the same errors! I don't know if this is of any significance but I'm also getting these other errors a bit earlier:

Someone at CustomCod.com suggested this:
In the CODWAW root folder mods folder, did you make a folder called mp_usermaps? You need it and then hit the tab Mod builder and then hit build mod.ff fastfile and Build IWD file then hit build mod. Then let it create the files THEN hit mod specific map then retry compiling the level.

I tried doing that, and this is what happened:

It looks like there's a few less errors at the end, but still not working. I'm having the problem where it keeps switching to Airfield.

did u put team death match spawn points in if not it wont load

I didnt have to stick TDM spawn points i presume thats only for MP maps and nor did i make the mp_usermaps folder i just dont have it as a mod specific map
